Technical Implementation
- Download the latest binary for your OS/arch from [GitHub Releases](https://github.com/ihelio/rulesify/releases).
- Move it to `~/.local/bin` (create the directory if it doesn't exist):
- Add `~/.local/bin` to your `PATH` if not already present.
